What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions may vary — for example, sunset cruises come with premium drinks and appetizers, whereas corporate charters offer conference facilities and tailored catering.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking at least a couple of weeks before is advised, with 2–3 weeks generally recommended; peak periods may necessitate further advanced booking. For corporate gatherings and private events, reserving 4–6 weeks prior allows for better availability and personalization options.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our main concern. We will propose an alternative date for your booking or a full refund if the captain considers the weather conditions to be dangerous. We monitor the weather closely and will inform you with a 24-hour notice if your departure is expected to be impacted by weather issues.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Bringing your own food items and drinks is permissible. We also offer premium catering services with menus that can be customized according to your tastes. Please be aware that, for safety, glass containers are prohibited on board.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We are committed to accommodating guests with varying needs. We have yachts with features to assist those with mobility issues, but please reach out when making a reservation to discuss accessibility options and we will match you with an appropriate vessel and ensure necessary arrangements are made.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations made more than 72 hours ahead of departure, a full refund is provided. If you cancel within 24 to 72 hours, a 50% refund is given. Any cancellations occurring less than 24 hours before departure are considered non-refundable, except in cases of poor weather or mechanical difficulties from our side.
